Rules of the Structure

  • Smoking is prohibited in rooms and common areas. Violations will result in a €150.00 cleaning fee.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Breakfast is served from 6:00 to 10:00.
  • Rooms will be tidied if they are made available to staff by 11:00 a.m.
  • Please remain silent from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. During this time, guests are asked not to linger in common areas.
  • Any damage caused to the structure or furnishings will be charged to the customer.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations can be made via our website, email, or phone. The reservation will be considered confirmed only after receipt of the deposit, if required. A written confirmation will be sent to the guest with the details of their stay.

  • Check-in: from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM on the day of arrival, by appointment.
  • Check-out: by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

Any different needs must be communicated and agreed upon in advance.

Non-refundable rates do not provide a refund in the event of cancellation. For rates that do provide a refund in the event of cancellation:

  • Cancellations made up to 7 days before arrival: full refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellations less than 7 days before arrival or no-shows: 100% of the total cost will be charged.

In case of early departure, no refund will be provided.

Management is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to personal property left unattended in rooms or common areas.

The personal data provided will be processed in compliance with current privacy legislation (EU Regulation 2016/679).

The balance of your stay must be paid upon check-in or booking, unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash and major credit/debit cards.
